Positive: Beautiful spacious room, very nicely appointed. The location couldn't have been better. Free on site parking and amazing walkability meant we didn't have to get in the car once during the stay. Jennifer was an available and very helpful host.

Positive: The location is very convenient, 20 min walk from the festival theater, 5 min walk from Avon theater.
Negative: Parking lot was full and we parked at the municipal parking lot few minutes away from the property

Perfect location and accommodation for an overnight stay.
